My husband and I met with this firm to get an update on our wills, POAs, etc because it has been over 10 years since we had them done. We met with attorney Melissa B. (The initial visit is free by the way.) She is professional and very knowledgeable in anything dealing with seniors and protecting their assets. Also, I never felt pressured to use their services during this meeting. This truly was an informational meeting. We discussed what would be the best route for us to take - will vs a trust.She also discussed the importance of having a current financial and medical POA written up. Once we left the meeting I realized I forgot a key piece of information that could effect how our trust was written up. Melissa was more than happy to answer my questions (on more than one occasion) until we were both satisfied that all of my husband and my needs were addressed appropriately in the the trust they are writing up for us.
