I called and the woman who answered the phone was horribly rude and actually yelled at me “well, if you’ll let me speak!”. Chris Oswalt, was acting very agitated to work with me. He yelled at me and stated he's not holding my hand and he's not my girlfriend on 10/5/18. I hired him on 7/11/18 and paid him balance of $835 after already paying the $100 consulting fee. He was a nighmare to work with as if he was taking frustration from other clients or whatever out on me. I didn't raise my voice at him, he just interrupted me and yelled like a monster and I informed him I was reporting my experience. I paid $935 to get yelled at by a raving lunatic. What a waste, I wish I could get a full refund because that was unnecessary and I wish the call was recorded and could be listened to, my first and worst experience with an attorney.

Refund and apology would be nice. I did not deserve to be treated like that. I never got out of line with Chris Oswalt. I'm so disappointed in this service experience. I paid my money and everything right away for him to turn on me like the incredible hulk out of the blue. I even let him know while he was doing it and he persisted. It was like he was trying to get a negative reaction out of me but I asked him why was he talking to me that way and he would just state he's not my girlfriend and he's not holding my hand, both responses of which I was like what are you talking about, "I'm just trying to get the service I paid for, not this treatment"

Saw all the great reviews, being new to my divorce experience I wanted to try this firm. Someone answered the phone and had a very condescending tone and was extremely unhelpful. Maybe she was busy or stressed, it is early Monday morning but no excuse really. I got bad vibes. So no thank you. Blessings.

We have only great things to say about Mrs. Bonnie Robertson. She was wonderful through out our entire ordeal. Right from the start, she was confident and beyond competent. My experience with lawyers is pretty limited, but I'm very impressed with Bonnie and the staff at the Little Rock office. If you're dealing with a divorce, or considering divorce, I recommend first that you be a good parent and a reasonable co-parent, and do not engage in the trading of petty insults, and KEEP THE KIDS OUT OF THE MIDDLE. Second, I recommend hiring someone from this law firm to represent you.

We contacted Chris Oswalt in July of 2017 to start a child custody case. We paid $150 for a phone consult and from the get-go he couldn't wait to get off the phone. He barely answered any questions we had, got agitated with us and told us if the child isn't being beaten we should give up going any further because it would be an expensive loss. We contacted Tammy Gattis and she took our case, got us primary custody, and a monetary settlement.

This is the law firm to turn to when you have family law issues. Bonnie and her staff are great.

Without doubt the worst experience of my life dealing with this firm. A simple divorce went on for months. The communication was hopeless. My constant attempts at attempting conference calls were totally ignored. The divorce decree drafts were constantly wrong. Two of the drafts had the date of marriage 10 years out of date. This would have made my wife 13 years old at the time of marriage My detailed emails with questions about the case were answered with one line emails as as if they we answered by a 7 year old. I was told by my lawyer that I would have no chance of ever getting my children out of the country again. In the end I negotiated with my ex wife and we sorted out the agreement. I was divorced for almost a week when I had the first email from the firm after asking if it was all over and if the divorce had gone through. The "final" decree that was sent out was totally wrong. If this firm were Fire Fighters or Police officers were would all be living in ashes and probably shot dead. My Final word is DON'T EVER GET MARRIED AND IF YOU DO DON'T EVER GET DIVORCED. BUT IF YOU DO DON'T EVER USE A LAWYER FROM THIS FIRM.

Mrs. Bonnie Robertson was a blessing in our lives. She handled our case like it was nobody's business. She was easy to reach in an emergency. She always responded to our questions and answered every one that we had. She took our case very serious and didn't give up or quit until the end.
