The paralegal was extremely ignorant and rude. I could tell immediately I was wasting my time even talking to her, she wanted to argue and be rude and couldn't understand that, even if you aren't actively working in your trained, certified, and licensed profession, doesn't mean you are no longer in the profession. For example, nurses will always be nurses as long as they remain licensed, even if they retire or die they are still nurses. This law office is a joke....the paralegal didn't even present the information to the attorney she just sent me a form letter immediately after our conversation saYing they wouldn't help. Angel ...fallen maybe but not holy.

Michael Angel was first rude to my mother and refused to answer any of her questions even though a release was sign and documented. Then upon the first chance I got to talk to him directly after a year of hiring him he refused to give me legal advice or even go as far as to hear my questions. He cut me off short before hearing my full questions and was very disrespectful as well as acted like he had no time for me nor wanted to deal with me.. I will be changing lawyers as my mother was a legal secretary for over 16 years and we have never been treated so poorly by any other lawyer in the past.. My recommendation is to find someone else because you will not get professional treatment from this lawyer, he seems to have a superiority complex..
