Was appointed as attorney ad litem for a high conflict custody case because opposing party made false allegations of drugs and child abuse, frustrated parenting time, then moved out of state with children. Allegations have been proven to be false as an attempt to gain the upper hand in a change of custody case. One interview with the accused parent. Gathered the standard packet of information and case history, partie's witnesses, teachers, caregivers outside the home, ect. No witnesses have been called or interviews made with teachers or caregivers. Cannot get her to call back or set up therapy as per her request/recommendations months ago. Does not answer or call the attorneys in my case or clients back. Has yet to interview a single witness listed on the intake packet that was taken on intitial assessment. Children have been deprived of the right to see their father and his side of the family by the mother and the "process" that is supposed to be in the best interests of the child. How can recommendations be made without the proper gathering of all the information and evidence as it pertains to these children and this case? Also she made several comments that children are jealous of new partnerships and new spouse without ever interviewing the children first. Jumping to conclusions before gathering all of the facts is not what advocates for the innocent children that rely on expert AAL's recommendations for their cases and futures. Highly discouraged about the lengthy process. In my opinion, this attorney has too large of a case load to be taking on any more of these.

Won't return phone calls before or after court hearing. My daughter hired Christina Boyd for custody, we drove 2 hours one way to her office, and in the end she never showed up her partner did. Was not handled and still not being held professionally.have not received papers from final hearing and as usual no call back
