Very rude and unprofessional.

When I have a client that needs this kind of help, Robert is where I send them.

Cady has been amazing from the day I came in for my consultation. She throughly explained everything from A to Z. I loved her wonderful personality and especially loved how we bonded over our puppies!! I could not have asked for a better person to help me through this process. John was also so friendly and made me feel more at ease. I am so thankful for each person at Danecki!! They are all such wonderful people. I highly recommend them!!

I cannot believe the way my husband and myself were treated this afternoon and the Little Rock office by the staff. We forgot one months of statements and My husband was logging on to get the statements they requested and Cady comes out and says were are your February statements very rudely after taking a moment before responding my husband says wait a minute let’s back up a moment and Cady continues to state that she emailed us two hours ago and that we wasted two and a half hours of her time last week and we got nothing done. Well last week she was going through entering our information into her system and speaking to us about her dogs and how we were okay for not having everything needed and she has had worse customers. My husband says we are paying you a thousand dollars to perform this service and disagrees with how she is treating us and she corrects him in stating we are paying them 935 dollars and we can have our money back. We never got loud or rude. I am not sure how we got here but we accepted our money back and left. I still cannot believe how we were treated. Thank you for making a horrible situation even worse. And the fact that you spent two hours last time entering all the other information at a rate of $300 sounds like was not a waste.
