Driving home from Texas we were pulled over going 88 on the interstate. This was a first offense for me, and that day was just trying to keep ahead of the heavy truck traffic, that was when the officer clocked me. Didn’t do anything I requested/what he promised.

I had a speeding ticket and a no DL ticket. He said it would be no problem getting them removed.

Court date comes, he doesn’t even know what my case is about. Asks what I want done. Literally seconds before we go before the judge.

Now 3 months after court. The DL ticket was supposed to be removed. And the speeding was supposed to be lowered. Everything is still on my record and the paper work he gave me is no good at the DMV to get them to take the stuff off my record. It doesn’t have the writing directly from the judge telling them what to remove.

I called him. He said in one week he would have it all taken care of after gripping a bit about having to work on my case more.
It has been 10 days and I have not heard from him.
