Could not ask for a better attorney!

I feel like Atty Pence sold me out. I was on a motorcycle and got hit from behind by a speeding and intoxicated young man in the 80's. I have suffered life long neck and back injuries, costing me more money than the little, approximately, $4600, that I received in compensation. I was talked into Atty. Pence into signing a document agreeing to the fact that I could not come back later and sue for more money. I was in my 20's and had no idea what I would physically go through later. I eventually had to retire early from a job where I was making over $42,000 per year. My pension for early retirement is $18,000 minus health insurance and taxes, which brings my income to $989 per month. I'm a single woman. I can barely make ends meet with our economy the way it is. I can no longer work due to my neck and back injuries. I wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain. Sometimes the littlest movement, will cause such intense muscle spasms, to the point of being bedridden. I have wanted to obtain a part time job to supplement my income, but I never know when I'll feel ok or be in pain. Basically, I feel, Atty. Pence could have taken my case more seriously and I could have been able to receive either a higher settlement or had an inkling of a chance at coming back later, after the damage from this accident, caused my physical suffering and costing me my great job. I am truly disappointed and insulted. Atty. Pence, would you buy Christmas presents for my 4 grandchildren, since I can no longer afford to?
