Incompetent, unethical and does not follow through. He claims to have closed my case because I supposedly stated to a member of his staff that I was seeking another attorney. First, and foremost, that was not stated, until TODAY, when I actually did say that if he hadn't moved the case I was would be calling another attorney. He gets on the phone and says that he's already closed the case. I was constantly calling to check up on the case. The third party had changed insurers and he claimed not to even know it. This was in August. My accident happened in April! Buyer BEWARE.
