Don't believe the commericals. They only take very easy cases that only benefit them for some quick money and don't really help you. Don't believe the hype.

I was involved in a serious car wreck last April and was advised to contact NST by a friend's sister. She told me that she used the law firm recently for her car wreck and was really satisfied with the results. I am so glad I listened to her because not only did they settle my case in a timely manner; their associates were very compassionate and answer all of my questions and concerns. The only thing I had to focus on was healing.

The staff that worked with me from beginning till end was absolutely amazing and took care of every essential need I had! Very knowledgeable on their laws! Wouldn’t recommend a better law firm!

I suffered two broken ribs, a concussion and a neck and back injury due to reckless driver that was lane jumping on I40 West. He hit me twice causing me to flip end over end several times. I was taken directly to the med by ambulance. I start accumulating medical bills immediately. The ambulance bill alone was two thousand dollars. NST took my case immediately. They have a methodical approach to working and kept me informed of how the case was progressing. They are very experienced at what they do and got me a satisfactory settlement. Decent overall experience with the law firm..I felt as if you are going to label yourself as "super lawyers" you should display just that and also have superior paralegals as well, but that was not the case.. I had some major issues with my paralegal being very unprofessional and basically cursed at me for asking her a question about my case..She was also very negligent to my phone calls and concerns, and basically made me feel like a nuisance for inquiring about my case..I had no issues with the attorneys who were outstanding and very helpful throughout the case, and I was satisfied with the efforts that were made for me to get compensated for my accident. Good law firm just maybe need more thorough paralegals,or maybe it was just my experience with that certain paralegal not really sure still very unprofessional nonetheless

I have no complaints except the paralegal (megan) I had was not through at all. I had to constantly call about my case that I had in October 2018, every time I called I had to tell her about my case and also what we discussed on the previous call or email. I would not recommend this paralegal at this firm. But all in all finally once all information was turned in to the lawyer by the paralegal my case went pretty fast and finalize within two weeks.

I wasn't going to review this company. I hate putting negativity out into the world. However, overnight delivery is the straw which broke the camel's back. I would never use this "law firm" again. I paid to have my check overnighted (not cheap) because through regular mail it would've showed up while I was out of town. I'm now two days into the "overnight" delivery and it's looking as though it will show when originally expected lol. Tracking through FedEx reveals the package was not in Fedex's possession until late the night of April 4th. I gave NST money early afternoon on April 3rd after being assured that if I did this, I would get my check by 2pm April 4th. Fedex didn't get the package until nearly 10pm April 4th.That sums up our entire experience with these people. Spoke to a lawyer twice throughout the entire six month period. Most communication was done through a lazy, unprofessional, and uncommunicative paralegal. DO NOT use this firm unless you enjoy being frustrated. Oh, and they completed negotiations without contacting us until the "top and final" offer was made. A low offer we accepted mostly because we were just done with this experience.

The attorneys were not too busy to speak with me to make me feel at ease before becoming their client, as lots of firms do not take the time to do. I see why they have such a high reputation!
