I love these people they are the best lawyers that I have found and they are really helping me to get my disability back... They know there stuff they say that I have A very strong case and that my case looks really good. I can't wait until I go to court. to see what all they have to show the law judge to plea my case. over all they have asked me for everything. Don't believe what you hear on the streets go find out for yourself from A lawyer yourself because everyone's case is different. Just because your case sounds like someone else's doesn't mean it is the same as there's.

Only thing I will say is that I wouldn't make the mistake of using this firm again! Communication is the key in any kind of matter!! Seems like people just like to sit behind a desk and make free money by dragging out cases while clients suffer through economical hardship and stressful pain!! NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! My patience has ran out and my opinion has been said truthfully and is my right!! Smh like living in a fine wine world on a water budget!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with this firm. I’m a disabled veteran who is now able to breathe a bit easier thanks to Downard. Friendly and personable staff, always took the time to explain the process and made me feel like family. When I wanted to give up, Downard helped me to keep fighting. I wish I could give more stars.

Not one time did an attorney from the firm contact me or meet with me in person in the2 yrs that they had my case. The attorney never talked with me about the case. The only person to ever contact me was a rep. to get my information. The representative that showed up to represent me at the hearing showed up 30 minutes late and absolutely nothing was actually done to even represent me. I could have done what they did on my own, which was nothing! Now, 3 yrs later i'm having to start from the beginning with almost every disc in my back herniated! A total waste of 2 yrs to have to start completely over again. I wouldn't let them represent my dog!

These guys kept my case pending for almost 2 years without getting their case together then 2 weeks before trial drop my case! And moments after the call letting me know that, all the recorded calls, pictures, music, etc. on my phone was wiped clean!!??? Dont know what happened there but seems strange in the timing and the fact it never happened before or since. Their TV advertisement is a lie. THEY are the big time lawyers you'll never meet!
