Taylor & Associates is our go to pi firm in Memphis. Smaller cases often get pushed aside but they aren't afraid to handle cases other firms won't, big or small. Can't say enough positive things about this firm.

Very unprofessional, the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. Nothing but misdirection and excuses. Each time my fiancée or myself called, we were given different lies. 4 months after the accident they were still saying they're waiting on medical records. Even had some employees hanging up on us. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This is the Memphis office. Constantly being told "I'll call you back no later than tomorrow", but NEVER get a call back.

DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CLAIM!! It's absolutely no communication what so ever. They never answer their phone. You do better handling your claim yourself and keeping your 33.3%. THE WORST EVER!!

They are great. Kept me up to date on my case even though my accident was a year ago. They assured me about my concerns and how the court system works. Everyone in the office is very professional and great about returning phone calls. They were really there for me.

I HAD MY WRECK FEB 22ND 2016, FINISHED PHYSICAL THEROPY IN MARCH AND ITS AUG 4TH AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM. THEY WONT RETURN MY CALLS AND THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE.
