How may cases does Lori take to trial? and how many does she settle with the other side? Do your research. She settles over 85% of her cases so she can make a huge profit at her clients expense while her clients end up paying the other side.

As for me, I paid Ms. Solinger, she told me that the judge would throw the case out because she's in the judges court all the time and they know Ms. Solinger and she was well liked. Well, they judge didnt throw my case out and I had to pay twice as much to the plaintiff.. Plus Ms. Solinger received her payment in full upfront. Ive called her office several times and she doesnt answer. I even tried her cellphone and left messages. She received my $6000 I lost and I havent herd back from her since court, She should be disbarred for misleading me about that case.

This law office and attorney Solinger entered into a contract with me to represent me in court until there was a final resolution of settling the case. From her many phone calls to me, she assured me prior to signing the contract and during the beginning stages of the proceedings that she would be able to have the case settled to my satisfaction. Shortly after the beginning stages of negotiating with the plaintiff, Attorney Solinger made numerous suggestions to me to "just pay her what she wants and get it over with". I affirmed with her that I only wish to settle and not agree to the plaintiff's full demands. Attorney Solinger then suggested that if I didn't give in to the Plaintiffs full demands, she would remove herself from my case. At this point, I didn't know if she worked for me or the plaintiff. I replied to her and asked if she could remove herself without my consent. Her next response to me was an order she entered into the court removing herself from my case without my consent, but she presented it to the court as if I gave my consent. Which I expressly did not. I repeatedly gave her confirmation that I did not agree nor did I give my consent to remove herself, but again she represented it to the courts that I gave consent. The agreement states... "Unless previously terminated, our representation will terminate upon completion of the legal services described in this agreement."
To anyone reading this and looking for an attorney, Do your research on this attorney. How many cases has she actually tired in court? How many cases has she won on behalf of her clients?
Lori Solinger took my full payment to represent me. She removed herself from my case without my consent and kept my payment. She neglected to defend me properly in court and let the plaintiff against me win because of her negligence.
