I'm still waiting on an outcome. Though he failed for a family member he said was a slam dunk. But this is the most inefficient business I've EVER dealt with. Every time I've come in (3-4 times) they lead me to believe the wait won't be long, but I've never waited less than 1 hour. I always arrive and check in early, but it doesn't matter. Him staff seems to turn over quite often also. I'm not feeling very confident...
