After I called several law firms, the decision was easy to hire this company. From the start, they were upfront with me and informed me what they would do to resolve my tax debt with the IRS. They informed me that they will argue for the best settlement, the Hardship Settlement, where the IRS would close my case and that I would not have to pay the IRS anything back at all. Fast forward to today, and they recently settled my tax debt and obtained the Hardship Settlement they were talking about from my first conversation with them.
