This was the most positive experience I have ever had in an attorney office. The staff is awesome and very thorough. They are definitley here to help the client.

I was literally at a lost when I went to Mr. Ray's office. He talked with me personally and explained that I should stop.using credit cards. He was very easy to talk too. Even when I was facing some hard times Will was there to walk me through it. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Attorney Ray only went to court with me one time, he always sent some one else. However that was not the problem I had with his law firm, it was his secretary. She had the nasty attitude for this to be a business. Mr. Ray act as if it was okay that she had a bad attitude. Her attitude was very nasty.

I only gave them one start because I had to. I went here for a consultation and the receptionist and the office manager were the rudest people in the world. I was shocked because after all no clients then u will be out of a job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. RUN TRUST ME!!!!

Horrible. ALL he wants is your $ and DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTRESTS AT HEART! I had to do my own research and tell ARTHER RAY HOW to handel my BK. I had a debt in Wash. that didnt respond to the bk or put in a claim...A.R. told me "there was nothing he can do." I researched and had to TELL him the law states I can put in a claim on my creditors behalf. So I had to pat 25$ to file a motion and he did it and it worked..the creditor who refused to enter my BK did.
Theres a paper published by a WA University talking about Shelby County has MORE chapt 13's than the ENTIRE COUNTRY IN 2016. That chapt 13 is VERY unusual to do only when you own ALOT of assets. Like a house. They interviewed A R..because he has the HIGHEST 13 BK cases in our state and country! . and a Africian American BK lawyer who has the LOWEST 13 cases No attourney who pushes 13 on you UNLESS you have many assets your trying to keep has your best intrests..chapt 7 is flatline and discharges ALL your debts to "give you a clean slate" as per BK Federal law.
I lost my job 4.5 years into my 13. When I called AR after I got. New job to finish and asked him about 7 he told me it would cost 1,700-1,800$ (I know the average cost is 700$ in Memphis and Chapt 13 is 3,000 paid out over 5 years) when I told him that he said " if you wanna do 13 call me back if you wanna do 7 dont" and hung up in my face.
I called him again today because I was curious to see what he would say and gave him my name and he looked me up in their system and told me "youll have to find someone else to file for you" Me: "why?" AR " ummmm hmm ummmmmm just cause I dont want to ummmm file for you" and hung up in my face.
I am going to file a compalint against him to the bar Association. He is a greedy . Who only wants your money not your best intrest. Attourneys have a moral obligation to their clinets. Hes getting rich off the poor. Its a sick shame when 1 attourney has MORE chapter 13 cases in 1 year than the entire USA! No other lawyers reccomend chapter 13...because its not in your best intrest unless your tryibg to hold on to large assets...houses..boats..art...cause in 7 they auction off your assets to pay your debt. But if you have no real assets and AR files a chapt 13 then he gets 3g a pop and you get screwed!

Absolutely wonderful service from the people at Arthur Ray Law offices. They will bend over backwards for you and your family. They will show you the light in a dark place.
