I hit this one star because Mr. Darby did achieve an Eagle scout award, however, I would not advise making him an Executor of my worst enemies estate.

Needless to say, the Trustee of the estate will have A lot of explaining too! It's not the money that drives me, it's the Acts of deceit by those who are suppose up hold the laws, and not use their public service positions to Rob & steal. Be that as it may, there are more dirty players in strategic places that have blood stained hands.
