It takes years to solve a case...dont go here , my wife got in a wreck in April it is now 2 more months left in this year...and still nothing only thing we hear is its in review....really its been almost a year ....I advise anyone that has a wreck or anything go else were this is the slowest moving company I have witness..if you want your check garnish because of medical bill then go...But I strongly advise you to go else were if you looking for a reasonable time frame

I was highly disappointed with Schwartz and Associates and would not recommend them to anyone. I was rear ended by another vehicle and basically they let State Farm off the hook for paying for anything. My settlement was the worst that I have ever heard of someone receiving for such accident. Some of the individuals that work there are inept and they do not communicate well at all. (Jackson, MS office). You never know what is going on with your case. I would not recommend.

U have to keep calling or going to their office to ask questions concerning your case.....

It took a while to get sorted out, but Richard Schwartz & Associates did stick up for me after a wreck. I lost a major opportunity and felt I was given fair remediation after time lost after the event.

WELL, they don’t mention disability cases because he will not show up at Disability Court! Richard Swartz sent a sweet old lady but she had casts and braces and couldn’t even open the court door cause she could barely walk or see herself. Once we got inside.... The Judge asked her if it wasn’t her that needed Disability..???.. I know this for a FACT! I seen and heard with my own eyes. Even when she called out my name in the Crowded Lobby? People actually bursted out laughing and pointing. All I could do was drop my head. I knew my case was lost even before I sat down.
Yes, I’m a real person and I’m the proof. I never met him(he sent somebody else) in PERSON. I never got to even speak to him EVER. Lies and excuses as to why he couldn’t call you. Of course I called his office and he was Unavailable but talked. I told the young lady on the phone about court and all she could do was laugh...She says that they can appeal again. I told her that I will find a real lawyer. I got proof, paperwork,etc.

Its been over a year since my daughter's accident and we still haven't had any progress with our case since the first week. My sister's daughter was envoled in the same case. Their case was settled last month, mine on the other hand has not been worked on! So if don't have a 100,000 case DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
