My MIL estate was sold at auction, the judge approved it. Then we were told it had to go back to court and we would get the papers in the mail. That was over a month and half ago. We have been trying to call for over a week, at different times a day. There is never an answer. We leave voicemails. They are NEVER returned. Unfortunately, I believe we are going to have to get another lawyer just to make this one answer and release my husband's share of the estate or at least answer and explain why it is not being released.

Totally unprofessional! The paralegal knows more than the atty! Really dropped the ball in my case. Very rude and unprofessional
