As with the other 1-star rating below, Mr Totten was gracious enough to take our $50 consultation fee with a promise to be in touch within a day or two. To our face, he agreed with had a reasonable case/issue.

When he realized it wasn’t worth his time/effort, he dropped us without even so much as the follow up phone call he promised.

I could have gone to the VA for free counseling/therapy and would have received more for my time and money with this guy!!
