I cannot say enough nice things about Mr. John Toy and his staff at Parker, Toy & Assoc. They go above and beyond when helping family in settling an estate. They are kind and treat you with respect. I would recommend them to anyone who needs estate planning or a probate lawyer. God Bless Them All.

Connie was amazing, she is a wealth of information and helped me take some of the emotional stress out of the process so that I was better able to state my case based on medical facts and not just how I felt. Mr. Parker and Mr. Toy, as well as Connie, were very compassionate and treated me with respect through every step of the process and I have highly recommended them to friends and loved ones. I have to have my case reviewed in 5 years because I'm young (relatively) and I absolutely without a doubt be going back to them. It was obvious that they were well respected by those involved in the disability hearing process and I felt like that too was a huge asset. John Toy represented me in my capacity as a conservator for a family member. I had tried unsuccessfully on my own to get her declared eligible for TennCare benefits. John explained to me how the TennCare system works and then navigated that system for us. He knew who to contact and what to provide them in order to get the decision that she is eligible. There are 2 things in particular that I appreciated. One is that, when I showed him the rejection letter I received, he told me why he thought the decision was wrong and then double checked the regulation to verify it. Also, he communicated with me every step of the way and explained what was happening and why. I highly recommend him.

After my husband passed away, they were very helpful and went over and beyond to make sure the process of setting up a will and handling my husbands affairs were as easy as possible for me. I too had a bad experience w/someone there...I believe it was the same lady mentioned below. She was very rude & condescending to me. She preceded to tell me that I had to apply for benefits & get denied first before an attorney would speak to me..I am finding out this is not true. You could tell she wasn't even listening to me as I was explaining my health situation to her. It was as if she heard my age & just shut down.
