Excellent attorney. Highly recommend!

Kirk represented my family in one of the most egregious, frivolous civil lawsuits ever to be allowed into the courts. Kirk got the case dismissed without us ever having to step foot inside the court room...much in part do to with the baseless claim against us...and more importantly, his vast knowledge and wisdom in navigating the annoyance of that suit ! Would highly recommend and would hire again!

Instead of denying reviews, threatening, and writing your own FAKE positive reviews; YOU need to face yourself, FEAR GOD in your job, and treat others as you want to be treated or seek a professional for your issues.

I was searching online to hire a lawyer but I noticed here 31 good reviews were written within 2 days only. I don't trust and I won't hire someone writes FAKE good reviews for himself to be hired.

He has the audacity to call himself a christian and affiliate himself with the christians in rutherford county. His behavior in court is appalling. As a believer, there is such a thing as the "truth." Apparently, this means nothing to him or his legal counsel provided.
