Seemed like a good law firm at first. Come to find out he is retiring and they have not done anything they said they had done or planned to do. My husband called them a few years back, had to postpone the process and go back to work. He called them again back in March 2019 and everything seemed to be going well and we were really under the impression that things were going to happen pretty quickly. Then today we got a phone call from another law firm stating that John Stark is retiring and they had assigned my husband's case to them. This attorney stated that they (John B. Stark) had not even filed the first of the paperwork. My husband has done everything that they have recommended. He stopped working immediately. He has went to the doctors, had physical therapy, had the MRIs done and now what? We are on the verge of losing our home and both vehicles. Just goes to show you can't trust ANYONE.
