They have been very active on my claim with SSI

waste of time unprepared lawyer lack of representation.mistake getting this law firm.the judge didnt listen to what i said theyd already made their decision before i got there.no reassurance of the case from the lawyer.didnt tell me about no reimbursement until i got there.no defense reassurance encouragement or preparing client.it was an unfair hearing.i see some others here had problems too.didnt know that was how itd be either.

Horrible lawyer! Refused to get all of my doctor records, especially the main doctor that told me that I can NOT work! NEVER USE THIS FIRM!!

Martha is very rude and when we went to the office she showed signs of being on some sort of drug. Slurring her words, not knowing what she was doing, very confused and extremely rude. I don’t recommend them at all. Waste of time.

She got to me fast even though she was busy

My son was represented by this firm and office when he was a minor. This agency diligently worked on his case and he received a fully favorable decision. We are now working on his adult case and I hope to have the same result. The office personnel is respectful and very knowledgeable.

They botched my case. Didn't even know I had a hearing coming up in a few days until I called them. My lawyer was unprepared and didn't even say two words at my hearing. The staff was beyond rude and acted like it was a crime when I called. I couldn't ever speak to my lawyer and when I did see him he acted like he could care less. Don't use them. They are the PITTs literally!

I met with Mr Cole Alford this morning. He helped with our problem, was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the results.

I called his staff to set up the appointment recently. I interacted with them this morning as I arrived for the appointment. The were very courteous and helpful.
