She sit down with me heard my story and gave me much insight concerning HOA my case and my rights concerning this case moving forward all Free of charge she didn't have to do this and at a short notice. I was very fortunate to have Atty. Brickell Murfree IV represent my family a few years ago. We had a piece of property that had been in our family since 1867. A neighbor wished to buy 10 acres and we moved forward, only to discover that the title was not properly registered. I arrived 10 minutes early, and waited until 20 min after my appointment time to be seen. I have been interviewing lawyers to decide who I want to take my case. Other lawyers have quoted me prices of $2,000 & $3,000, but this office stated it would be $25,000 to take my case. That's an astronomical amount in comparison to others.

I worked with Theodore and his team. They came highly recommended by law enforcement in the area, to revise my relative's estate papers. He worked with me remotely, as I live out of state, and provided sound advice to simplify the paperwork. He also was sure that my elderly Uncle understood all that was going on and addressed every single one of his wishes. And, he didn't want to over-complicate his estate, so he would understand how things were to be handled, and later allow for us to administer his estate, if or when ever needed.

The cost was reasonable for what was done, and he remained within his original estimated price. No surprises.
