MY FIRST FELONY CHARGES EVER !!
As a N.C. resident I was charged with 2 serious felony charges in the state of Tn. My local Atty, advised me to seek a Tn. Atty. After reading
Seth Crabtree's reviews I knew he was the person I needed.
I called their office and Shana told me he was out of the office at the time but would have him call at 4:30pm the next day. At 4:30 pm the next day he returned my call. After approx. 45 minutes on the phone going over my charges he told me he felt like I had 3 legs to stand on and was willing to take my case. I faxed them the info. I had and they took it from there keeping me up to speed as things went along. Shana was always there to except my call when I had a question.(keep in mind that the court systems are slow anywhere you go) I was so dreading going to Tn. for a court date. After a few weeks with this hanging over my head I was getting ready to call and check on things when my phone rung. It was Seth calling to inform me that my case had been DISMISSED.. A HAPPY day for ME !!

Im a commercial truck driver eith class A CDL. I recieved a 70mph in a 55mph speeding ticket travelling through Cookeville TN. First off let me say I am a convicted felon, in the last 3 years I've had drug charges every summer and with one found in possion of a firearm. I'm new to this area and when law enforcement run my tags they like to just come at me full force. I heard about Seth Crabtree from word of mouth. My case was my first serious offense; I was so nervous and my anxiety kicked in. My first fear and thought was 'I don't want to go to jail.' My fiancé and I were driving from Texas to Washington DC. She was driving overnight as I was getting some rest and we got pulled over. My fiancé isn’t documented and doesn’t have a drivers license so she got a ticket and also had to appear in court. I Can't Thank Seth and Shana enough!! I found myself in a very very bad situation. I was scared and didn't know what to expect. I knew I was in some trouble from a misunderstanding and a BIG MISTAKE! Now with that said, I would like to give you a little information on my situation. I am a business owner who was passing through on 40 in Cooksville or should I say Crooksville. I was pulled over without explanation on why I was being pulled over. I was in a 26' box truck coming out of Nashville and got pulled over by trooper Loftis who was very rude and at one point put his hands on me for no reason other then I think he felt like supper trooper for finding less then 2 grams of weed and a bowl. So he proceeds to throw me in the back of his vehicle and later give me a sobriety test which I passed with flying colors so after he is done giving me 3 DOT violations which also got dropped along with possession and drug paraphernalia he tells me he is having the truck towed which by the way was Loftis and sons towing (talk about a crooked place) I had to get a rental to get home. I was very stressed about the charges but as soon as I talked to Seth and his team I knew I was in good hand. From start to finish (shout out to Shana) if you decide to call she will go above your expectations to help. You will NOT find a better group to represent you if thing come up. Make sure this is your first call you make of you need help. And btw i am from VA and never went back for a court date. They handled everything for me. Thanks Guys you are the best!!!
