Although I made an appointment and was there on time. I was asked to sit for 20 minutes waiting to be seen. This is not the way to do business.

He told me was going to hit the company where I fell hard & fast. It has been over,8 months & I took them all off my medical bills, surgery bills & they would call me back & I never received a single phone call from anyone in the office. "Don't go it alone" How many times have you heard that advice? It's sound advice given the complexity of the legal system these days. One slip of the tongue, one word could make or break you in a court room setting. The stakes are really that high. I retained David to handle my case because I felt the system was stacked against me. The DAs only intention is to enforce the maximum penalty on you and keep you in the legal system so you keep paying them fines and court costs and fees. It's honestly a money grab.
