My personal injury case was complex and the treatment, recovery and legal issues took over five years to resolve. Mr. Rufolo and his staff exhibited great patience and personal consideration towards me during this entire process. A new law, relating to Workman's Compensation guidelines in Tennessee, had gone into effect just days prior to my accident. Even though, the settlement Mr. Rufolo was able to negotiate on my behalf was more than I dared to expect. In fact, I do not believe a better settlement could not be attained. I posted an earlier review about Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers. That review was based on an employee at that time. Since then, I have spoken with Mr. Summers personally. He too was misled by said employee. Upon learning this, I am revising my review. Please disregard my earlier review. Mr Summers is a genuinely caring and intelligent individual. I do recommend him and his firm and would use them in the future.

While employed at Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers ; James T Neal lied to and mislead my fiancé for years. Once his negligence was discovered, the firm offered to “help”. What happened was being embarrassed and dismissed by Mr Summers and David Ward the attorney Mr Summers brought in to “help”(sarcasm implied). If you want a firm on your side look elsewhere.
