Rotten people! Special place in hell for this kind of greed

Such a shady practice & their actions show they care more for money than they do people or anything else.

My doctor overcharged me & never told me about it & never sent one statement or bill... I eventually get a letter from Mayfield & Lester saying I'm up for immediate collection or they will take legal action (for being overcharged by my doctor). The letter they sent didn't even have the right information or amount & the kicker is they added 50% service fee for sending me the letter. What a joke, I would not recommend this practice.

Everyone in there is usually friendly except one individual (the blonde). Definitely needs to work on her customer service

I sustained a sever neck and spinal cord injury in 2017. These people, are viscous and do not care , what condition or circumstances someone's is in. They will take your pay, clean out checking about. I know a $1900 loan and the pay back at even 30% interest rate (interest bearing and compound interest) does not equal triple the amount that you borrow. Do not hire this company for help at all, their fees, additional charges are higher then a loan shark.

These people I'm telling you.. I dont know how they go to bed at night.. I know its their job to collect debts, but garnishing 60% of take home from a single father of 3 is assnine.. It doesnt have to be that much!

This place is a joke. The woman that "helped" me at the counter was nasty and rude. She also didn't do what I drove 40 miles to ask them to do. I can't imagine what the attorneys are like. But if they are anything like their staff I wouldn't hire them for anything.

The most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with in my life!! I don't know how anyone could have a conscious and be able to work there for no amount of money! I get it your trying to collect money but the way it is handled is completely wrong and rude! The rudest people alive!! Unbelievable that people can treat someone the way they do and get away with it!

The most rudest and unprofessional people to deal with. They don’t even take anything in consideration just want to take what they can, then the representatives have an attitude with you like they are who you owe!

Only because I had to give one star, I'm a disabled Veteran my wife and I are both retired, due to my illness my wife went back to work to help with my meds and such, this lady that answer the phone is ugly and so unprofessional and God hates ugly, she talked down to my wife and lied about our whole case, couldnt tell us what our number was but called us for three years lol words cant Express my feelings towards this lady or this staff but we will be going to court.

These people are in it for money!! I set up a payment plan and because my payment (which they told me to mail) arrived late they garnish my pay??!! And they wont put that money toward what I owe or return it!!! F these people!!!!

If you want to scam good tax paying citizens out of money, this firm will help you do it!

They are very rude and hateful!!!! I set up a payment plan with them and they garnished me check 2100$ after that in one month ! Told me they garnished me because after I made the payment play they decided it wasn’t enough!!!!! Rude mf!!! They will get what they deserve one day from someone that’s crazy!!!!!

This company is really good at what they're in business to do. I think they do a great job! As a business person, I am grateful of their efficiency!

Most rudely people. Talk down to you and hateful. To let all know u can go yo court and do a slow pay where u can ask the judge for what you can pay

I have paid off dozens of places i owed in the last year and this place always made me feel like i was a thief who wasnt worth their time. Today i went in with the money i owe them according the the company garnishing me. I was told that i have to pay the last two garnishments on top of what i really owe them because they have no proof. Even though they could have just called the same company i did to confirm what i owed.

I also asked to just make a payment on what i was told i owed by the garnishment company plus the $25 for court fees and was told no that i had to pay all or nothing.

Every other place i have paid off has worked with me in some way or another but this place is by far the worst. I have had more frustrations from them in the handful of times i have contacted them than i did from every other place i owed put together.

This is the last thing i owe getting me fully out of debt. I just want it gone but they dont care.

That is the biggest thing with them they dont care. They dont care if you can pay 99.999% of what you owe willing to let the last penny be taken out normally they want every last cent right then or dont even bother.

If you are a company and need some debt collected i would rather you hire the mob to collect my money over these people. Avoid them like the plague because i will not use anyone who does business with them ever again.
