Staff is super nice and Mr. Rampley is very knowledgeable and very likable! Not your typical attorney, he’s a down to earth nice guy and makes you feel comfortable. Will recommend to anyone that would need his services!

Was very nervous when my wife and I first went to talk to Rampley and his team. Right off the bat they eased all nerves and made us feel right at home. The whole process was explained to where we understood it, and everything went smoothly and answered all questions during the process and some that came up months after. Highly recommend this team to anyone that might need help!

My husband and I filed a chapter 7 with Chris' office. We came in an emergency situation and everyone was helpful and got to work on our case immediately after we returned our paperwork. The whole process has been pretty painless because chris' office has taken care of everything, he and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that the bankruptcy court didn't take our home. Everyone in the office is super nice and respectful and they treated us like family. We would definitely recommend this office 10000x over.
I recently went to Chris Rampley to have a chapter 7 filed. Everyone I spoke with was very accommodating, and gave me ample time to ask any questions. The whole process was very easy thanks to Chris Rampley and his employees. I highly recommend going to him if you need to file bankruptcy.

I filed for Chapter 13 back in May and the experience was great. The staff was very friendly in both my initial consultation and when I came back to file my case. Unlike some other attorney's I've heard about, I actually got to meet with Mr. Rampley for over 20 minutes while we discussed all the aspects of my financial situation, even going over non-bankruptcy options. They follow up with you very well, with letters and phone calls to make sure you are prepared for court, and to keep you up to date with everything in your case. I could not have asked for better service!

Mr. Rampley and his team treat you with dignity and want to help you. If the wait is long then consider it worth the wait.

I have also consulted Mr. Rampley about Bankruptcy and I was very satisfied with the service. As a potential client, I was pleased to see that each and every person, not just myself, who was there waiting to speak with the attorney is treated like a welcome guest from the time they walked into the office. The receptionists are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I also noticed that each and every staff member who came in and out of the front office stopped to greet everyone and make them comfortable while they waited. Everyone there received personal attention and assistance if they had questions about what they were filling out. For me, that made being there far more comfortable than a stuffy, formal office. I agree that a consultation appointment takes longer than 30 minutes and there are several pages of paperwork to fill out but it didn’t take long for me to understand why it was necessary. It is much easier to fill out a few pieces of paper than it would be for me to bring them a stack of bills to sort through. After all, how can they know about my finances if I don't give them the information. I personally wouldn’t see a doctor for treatment if he had no idea of what my medical history was. I felt like a person and not just a number. They really put me at ease. I also spoke with a case processor. I listened as she told me the reason she takes the information first is so it’s all in one place. That way Mr. Rampley could look at all my financial information and give me the best advice possible based on my circumstances. They also go over step by step everything that you need to do to get ready to file bankruptcy. I spoke with the paralegal too and she was polite and informative. She said she had worked for Mr. Rampley for many years and answered a lot of my questions. Some questions I asked her she told me she couldn’t answer because she wasn’t an attorney but assured me Mr. Rampley would be happy to answer any legal questions I had. She was very concise and detailed in the information she could give to me, and was pleasant, professional and very concerned. Mr. Rampley impressed me most of all. He was friendly, professional, informative and made every effort not to talk over my head. He answers each and every question one by one and will break down the answers if you do not understand. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I could see the office was very fast paced and busy but I still felt like I mattered and that is very important to me. Overall, I would say that my experience was far less stressful than I was prepared for and I would recommend this law firm to everyone who is considering bankruptcy as an option.

I went in for a free consultation a few months back, and while I can say it wasn't the worst service I ever received, it certainly was not the best.
The biggest issue I had was the amount of time it took. The receptionist said it was a 30 minute consultation, and slated me for an appointment time , giving me several options that were 30 minutes apart. Well when I get there, I imediately am handed alot of paperwork to fill out that was over a dozen pages that had to be filled out before I could even talk to the attorney. It took me about 20 minutes to fill it out, while I am surrounded by other people doing the same. ( It seems like they had several people scheduled for the same time block. ) After I fill it out, I wait, and wait, and wait, probably another 15 to 20 minutes from when I turned in my paperwork. I go into a small office and meet with a young man who tells me he is a case processor..and he gets my information. I feel like I am not given alot of time to go into detail about my situation, as he keeps questioning me looking for just specific things. Then he gives me overall information about bankruptcy, and tried his best to answer my questions. He was friendly enough but not quite what I was expecting. This took about 15-20 minutes. After he leaves, I wait another few minutes before he comes back with the Paralegal, who gives me the same exact information the guy did, for about five minutes. She was probably the least friendly person I had dealt with in the entire office, often being very short and cutting me off when I would say something, or if it seemed like I was disagreeing. After she finished giving me the same information, they both left again and I waited. Finally Mr. Rampley came in. again, he was nice enough, but he spouted off the same exact information that the other two had already given me, made a couple small jokes and then sent me off. I probably only had about 4 minutes with the actually attorney. And since they all gave me the same information, I felt like a few of the steps were just abit pointless.
Bottom line..it was a lot longer than a 30 minute consultation, lasting well over an hour, and only 5 minutes of it was spent with an actual attorney. I guess I had no idea that they were like Urgent cares..where you spend most of your time in the waiting room and with the nurse, while the doctor comes in and hands you a prescription.
I haven't went to any other attorneys yet to see if this is the norm or not. Anyone out there have a similar experiance?
