For Landlord Tenant dispute, please avoid to go to this office Freeman & Fuson. And I do not recommend Michael A. Wrenn attorney, his just cares about his money and not cares about his clients at all, when I call about my case he will not responses or saying his in vacations time. The attorney should cares about his clients not stay on other side as a 'Tenant' side, and for three months the tenant not paying the rental and he just promised to get the money back from tenant and nothing. I would like not give any Stars for unprofessional attorney!

Paige was very helpful. I had questions about my upcoming court date and she was able to answer all of my questions.

Joey Fuson is my hero! I got illegally pulled over and searched. The bogus charges were dropped and records exsponged. Beware Western State travelers, there are dirty state cops who profile based on license plates.

I had a Tennessee hand gun carry permit application denied by Homeland Security because they said I was disqualified due to a felony from 1996 in another state. My charges had been reduced to a misdemeanor, so I didn't know why it was denied. I went down to my local General Sessions Court to inquire and show proof that my charges had in fact been reduced. Little did I know that the clerk was going to set up a date for me to sue the State. The clerk said I should get legal advice on whether I need an attorney to represent me.

My neighbor, who is an attorney, recommended Joey Fuson. I gave a call and he and Paige got on it right away. When the court date arrived, I met with Joey, and he had already had a conversation with the D.A. and said the State would sign off on the permit if there were certified copies from the other state showing the reduction in charges. Turns out the other state involved was somewhat unresponsive, and took a little while to produce the documents, which was not too surprising since the case dated back 24 years. I did receive regular updates from Joey, Paige and Nicholas. Flash forward 5 weeks, I received an email from Nicholas stating that all documentation had been received and Tennessee Homeland Security had updated my application to Approved!

Unprofessional... I called to ask a general question about an eviction so I could find out if I even need a lawyer and he said I would have to pay but why would I pay if I don't even know if he is of use to me. Pathetic
