Knows his stuff better than anyone in town. We bought a historic home that had been bought and sold 5 times on record. ALL attorneys missed the problem with the deed, not Randy. Not only did he identify it, he chased down the closest relative of the person that had not cleared the deed and got clearance with having to lay them ONE RED CENT! One of the more “popular” closing attorneys in town has closed on thisnplace twice before and missed the deed issues. Thank you Randy!! You ARE the best

If I could give 0 stars, or negative stars, I would. This is the rudest attorney's office I've ever dealt with. They made errors and wouldn't take the blame, treated me badly, treated everyone at the table badly and cannot explain their own numbers. I understand errors and mistakes, but I don't understand it on someone's biggest purchase, and I don't understand rudeness. It's completely uncalled for. If you're thinking about using them for a real estate closing, DON'T DO IT!

I have known Randy professionally for more than 25 years and have dealt with him and his staff hundreds of times. My experience has always been that he is friendly, honest and experienced. He is one of the first attorneys I refer when asked about real estate or corporate law.
Have used this attorney for Corporate issues and he has always been knowledgeable and fair. I recommend Randy for any of your small business legal needs.

Absolutely horrible to work with. He was the closing lawyer on the sale of our home (buyer's pick). He had no personality, did not shake our hands, was EXTREMELY rude, made rude comments to us, and charged me extra interest on the balance due on my home (5 days worth) because he "didn't have time" to wire the money or go to the bank - which I think may be illegal.
