Not impressed, communication is non existing, phone called are not retuned, appointments are reschedule many times or unprepared. Sadly we are stuck at this point .
He is a very nice gentleman for the 1 time meet in person, returned phone calls but not really when the scheduled appointment was, did work with payment plan half down and recieved the other half, so he WAS paid in full, however didn't really do much for the case I had with him, had enough evidence per different attorneys we visited while having him (to get a 2nd opinion on things) to pretty much win the case but settled with joint custody and in 8 months throughout my case NEVER even seen a judge so. . .take it as you will. Not to mention they do and will talk about client's well former clients that did pay all fees even if it was late because of a rough patch through email which his paralegal sent, no we wasn't meant to receive the email but did and are pretty disgusted that we were going to go with him ONCE AGAIN to get our LLC established for our business until we seen that email, so now definitely going with someone else we had in mind, that genuinely liked and respected "our crowd" ALOT You win some you loose some is how it goes, right?!

He is by far the Best Attorney in TN, if not the entire country, and his staff are impeccably professional and yet still down to earth. Ian will jump through hoops for you and you family and really work to get you the best outcome possible. I'm so impressed with this law firm I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a great attorney throughout the entire state. Not to mention how reasonable his retainer fees are and he actually will work with you and set up payment arrangements instead of requiring every dime before agreeing to step foot in court for you like so many other attorneys in Cookeville do. Ian is literally a lifesaver and I will never need to search for another attorney again. My family is so blessed to have him on our side and yours will be too.
