Jonathan Pope was a God send to my family and me! When my mom was in a serious auto accident we didn't know what to do! Dustin did an amazing job for me! After the insurance company failed to agree to settle my case for the policy limit within the time limit they are allowed under the law, Dustin was able to get them to settle for 3 times above the policy limit. He then obtained the policy limit from my own insurance company. This really helped me because I had a really bad shoulder injury. The first paralegal I worked with was very hard to get in contact with either by email or phone. For some reason after several months of not being able to get in touch when her, I was assigned a new paralegal Amanda. She was constantly in contact with me and did an amazing job at keeping me up to date with my case. But the first few months are critical in a case and I'm afraid to say that was not stressed enough until it was to late.The one thing that could have made my overall experience better would have been periodically hearing from the attorney. I would have informed him of my experience. After working with Amanda, I would return to their office again. Under the circumstances, I believe they did a great job settling my case.
