If you get into trouble at WCU or in Jackson County, Frank Lay is your man, hands down. No one has more experience, or will fight harder in your defense. In my experience with Frank, the goal was always DISMISSAL OF CHARGES, and in my experience, the result was always DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES. His services may be expensive in comparison, but they are extremely valuable. Payment options available. I have no regrets working with Frank or his friendly and personable staff whatsoever.

Two rules that you should go by if you are thinking about hiring this guy to represent you...1 Do Not believe anything he tells you. 2 Do Not pay this guy anything up front even if he writes you a detailed receipt explaining what services you will be provided. Just speaking from experience.
