Tricia Hise is a waste of money. Completely uninterested and ineffective. We paid her the $5,000 retainer fee to hire her for a case. She never once privately met with her client, she never once collected any information from her client or her client's family regarding the case, she was late for court the first time leaving her client waiting in handcuffs all day with no breaks, and she did nothing to attempt to accurately represent her client in court. Not only that, but she HUGGED the prosecution after his sentencing! Definite conflict of interest present, and she effectively stole his $5,000 for what amounted to less than 2 hours of actual work on the case after informing us when we asked for an appeal that she wasn't interested. I definitely recommend finding a different lawyer if you actually want yourself or your loved one defended and represented well.
