Id like to share with everyone the great experience my family has had with Dan Scott and Scott Law Group (SLG). My mother and father contracted with Dan Scott to represent them last Fall. However, approximately one week after the initial appt, my father unexpectedly passed away. At that time, my mother asked me to assist her as she continued to work with Dan and SLG. From the very first meeting I was completely impressed with the level of professionalism, dignity and compassion that Dan showed my mother and me. My mother (76 yo) gets very nervous and intimidated easily and she is also very hard of hearing. Dan, after recognizing those things in Mom, treated her with the utmost respect, kindness, and gentleness and took great care in ensuring she heard and understood him. Also, because Mom has difficulty walking very far, Dan also volunteered to stay with mom as I got the car and after pulling up to the curb, he walked her safely to the car in the pouring rain! In addition, Dan and his staff have been entirely knowledgeable of the law as it applies to our case; prompt in meeting appt times, deadlines and returning calls and emails; flexible in order to meet our needs and make it a less difficult experience; and very friendly and courteous. I couldn’t be more pleased or grateful for the manner in which Dan and his staff have treated my mother and me during such a difficult time in our lives.
