I won at the 1st appeal. However Dale Buchanan did nothing to make it possible. I got all my medical records and took them to the social security office myself. There I found that Dale Buchanan had not filed all the proper paperwork and my file was in limbo. After I basically won my own appeal they were more than happy to take the credit and money.

My new favorite go to for Mexican food...great English speaking staff.

My psychiatrist was the person who recommended me to file disability. I had a few physical things but it was mostly mental. I applied the first time and got denied. So I went to this form to get help. They would not even help me get my records. I have met other people who have said the same thing. Basically, after you do all of the work the might pick up your case and represent you in court. I called them and told them that my physical doctor would not give me my records and they did nothing.

It might have took almost 2 years but we walked into a small room with a round table and the judge looked at my records and ask them why are we here give her,her disability. Which Dale had already told me l would get it the day l walked into his office. The staff was always pleasant anytime l called or needed anything. I would highly recommend Dale to anyone!

They run a numbers game.Ask for a face to face meeting with Mr. Buchanan himself and see what you get or request a meeting with 1 of their local attorney's and then meet with another law firm and you'll see just how unprofessional the Buchanan law firm is,their peers laugh at them.The Buchanan law firm lawyers don't won't to meet their clients until day of the hearing,think about that if your going to a hearing after waiting a year or two would you really feel comfortable with that arrangement you should never settle for that i'd bet my life they wouldn't.Run from them and run fast !!!!!!
