Be warned!! Stay away from this charleton! I was calling around shopping for lawyer and wondering if we even needed a lawyer and Mr Whitson answered the phone told me there was no charge for a telephone consultation and then billed me. He even added the phone call I made to him to tell him very briefly that we were not going to use his services to the bill! This man feels that because he answers a phone and does not utilize support staff he can charge you. The reason I did not hire him is that I was told by two other Lawyers that any Lawyer that would attempt have us retain their services for my particular situation which involved probate was unethical and this is what Mr Whitson attempted to do with our situation.

I have seen him represent in two cases. One was a criminal charge and one was a DCS case. Both had good outcomes. He is very knowledgeable and has earned the trust of me and people I know.
