My case was transferred around May - June 2019 to Mr. Vande Brake, another attorney with G Turner Howard Law office. Mr. Vande Brake and his paralegal went above and beyond to communicate with me as to what options i had with my case. He thought of new options to maximize my take home almost 3 years after my car accident. In early December 2019 Mr. Vande Brake was able to settle my case, although some lower than I had hoped for, but the law office was able to adjust their percent, as I suggested, to allow me to receive the minimum settlement amount i had wanted. I appreciate Mr. Vande Brake's continual communication and understanding for me to move on.

Before choosing an attorney I researched and read reviews for the Knoxville area and Mr. Howard had great reviews so I met with Mr. Howard and his paralegal after a car accident, 28 months ago. He was very charismatic and I felt like he would be the correct person for my case. Well 28 months later I am still trying to move forward with my life with very little help from this law office. I have spoken with Mr. Howard maybe 2 times. I have dealt with his paralegal for the last 28 months and have had continuous problems getting responses either via email or by phone when I request updates or have questions. I am blatantly ignored by her. It takes multiple emails and phone calls to get any response.
Recently I had to call and email 3 days in a row after hearing nothing from them for 4 weeks. I was put on eternal hold and told the paralegal would call me back... that didn't happen so I had to spend time out of my work day. yet again, to call the next day. I was once again put on hold and finally transferred to a NEW attorney that has recently joined, not his fault by he did get an earful. Apparently they have now pushed my case onto someone new and that nothing had been done in the last 4 weeks as i had requested from Mr. Howard when we last spoke. I have done everything to ensure these people have all the information necessary to get this case settled; supplying every bill and itemized insurance costs, photos, detail descriptions, etc. They are absolutely horrible at communicating, staying on top of clients needs and cases. I honestly feel that i my case is not enough money for them to care about and that they are not doing their due diligence to get this over with. My case is a clear cut car accident this is not rocket science. And yes i understand cases take time, but 28 months is just ridiculous. I feel as they have not earned their 33% of whatever i end of getting. I have done every bit of leg work and have not seen a dime and am not sure when i will. I could have done this on my own. Very disappointed and advise others to seek someone else.

I used this attorney a couple years ago after a car accident. I was moderately injured and the accident was not my fault. I was essentially assured of a settlement from the responsible party. When discovered that the responsible party was uninsured my insurance paid out an uninsured motorist policy I had included in my coverage. Their office took 1/3 of my personal insurance policy and I was unable to pay all of my medical expenses. So, they took nearly 9k of the money I would have received regardless of hiring them and left me in debt. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

Christine helped us with a motor vehicle accident my husband was involved in. She and her team have been amazing to work with! I appreciate their attention to detail and treating us beyond ‘a client’.

Wooh Wee! What a ride! I enjoyed every minute of it. That Sara girl is cute as a button and sweet too! Carrie was extremely helpful and answered my questions right away... even when I asked a dumb question she would tell me there are no dumb questions. Chris was the go-to for any hard line drawing and fully explained the settlement offer. I was more than giddy!

I hired Mr. Howard recently and he is a great lawyer. His paralegal Chris was amazing. She doesn't act snobby and she does a great job. She explained every process of my claim to me in terms that are understandable. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Carrie and Sara in the office were both also very professional and friendly. Great experience with it all. Nice, friendly, and very professional all around.

I called the Law Offices of G. Turner Howard after my wife was in a horrible car accident. On their website, it says "You matter to us", and I wanted to find an attorney where my wife's case would really matter. When I called the office to schedule a consult, my experience was far from pleasant. The employee that I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I requested politely to speak to Mr. Howard directly, and the employee seemed offended by such a simple request. Eventually, the employee took my number and hung up, saying that I would receive a return call from Mr. Howard. Unfortunately, I never did. I went to the office Facebook page to send a follow-up message, and it was frustrating to see posts of the office partying and eating while my wife needs help.

Wonderful group to work with, friendly and diligent. They worked very well with me getting everything done that needed to be done in order to get what was due to hospitals and also a great compensation for myself. This is a Law Office you can trust!

Dont be fooled by 5 star google RATING. This attorney is far from being good. I dare even say not halfway decent. I was hit from behimd ,other person was found 100% at fault, and this Attorney's office can barley get my medical paid. He has the communication skills of a cave man. He sent a demand letter without even letting me know he sent it.When I found out , I asked for how much and he didnt know , atleast thats what he said. HI had let him go knce before and he asked me to keep him I was a fo. It seems like he works WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, LITERALLY. He seem to be more on there side than mine. Do yourself a favor and do your research on this guy before you hire him. I am filing a claim against this office with the bar association. You shouldnt have to do that if he was a half way decent attorney. Do your research before you hire this group

I was in an accident, with injury, in 2017. I googled “best injury lawyer in knoxville tn”, and guess who was on the top of the list? I made an appointment, went in, told Mr. Turner and Ms. Perkins what happened, filled out some paperwork, and they took over. A mere six months later, I was in another accident, this one much worse, and I called them and they took over without me even having to go in. Kelley Perkins has answered every email I’ve sent, the same day. She has either gotten on the phone, or called me when she was back in the office, same day. She made this entire horrible process bearable. I hope to NEVER need their services again, but if I do, this is where I’m going.

Recently used G.Turner Howard III for an injury that happened while at work that involved me getting hit by a car while directing traffic. I thought that I could take care of everything myself until after a brief call to the other party's insurance made me realize I needed help.

I had seen ads on TV and billboards for years for G. Turner Howard III for years but I didn't really know anything about him. After some research I found out a lot about him that made me realize this is who I wanted to help me because he's NOT just some ambulance chasing attorney. He is a former professional tennis player, a military veteran, a long distance runner, and minister (imagine a Forest Gump only highly intelligent). He a true renaissance man. Unfortunately his career was cut short due to a bad car accident he was involved in. After having to fight for himself to get help during his long recovery he decided that he had a new calling in life. He went back to school and earned his degree in law. He wanted to help others that were in the same situation he was in. I also discovered that G. Turner Howard III is also a minister and has been a Presbyterian pastor in the Knoxville area for many years.

When you go to his office you immediately feel at home and are even greeted by his two affectionate dogs that roam the office. His staff makes sure that you are taken care of from the moment you walk in. They make you feel welcome with a casual and warm atmosphere. Also, don't let his serious looking photos intimidate you. He's kind of like Dale Earnhardt Sr., he's a really nice and caring individual that is full of smiles when you meet him but when it comes to practicing law you don't want to be on the other side going against him.

I wasn't expecting much in the way of a settlement but my expectations were far exceeded and I can't say enough for how great everyone was that helped me and my family. I highly recommend G. Turner Howard III to anyone needing help that was injured in an accident.
