Just wanted to share my experience with this law firm. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I felt like I was at home from the minute I walked into the door. Mary Kate at the front desk was very personable with a smile on her face. Lynne the paralegal that was assigned to my case was very professional and exceeded all my expectations and the attorney Paul answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout my case. Once Paul settled my case, Tonya their settlement coordinator, was so nice & polite while explaining the distribution of my funds. I never would have thought I would receive what I did with the way insurance companies are today. My car was fixed like new, my medical bills were paid, & I got a nice sum for my pain, suffering, & troubles. This law firm sucks. I had fallen in a grocery store and called this law firm for help. They told me they will help me. I kept calling them and they ignored all my calls. I left voicemails and messages with the receptionist and no one would call me back. They lied completely about helping me and sent me letters in the mail saying they could no longer represent me. So I'm guessing the grocery store paid them off to not help me. They are liars and so unprofessional. I will never call them again.

I am highly dissatisfied with the performance of Paul Hammack and his team. Paul took on my case in 2015. All he did for me was get the apartment complex I was filing suit against off my back about breaking the lease. My case was neglected. If I hadn't called asking about my case, I would have never heard anything. I did what they asked to prove my case, including going to see a psychiatrist which of course I incurred expenses. Months would go by and I wouldn't hear anything. He and Tracey waited until August 2017 to tell me that once they reviewed my case, they felt like it didn't meet the criteria for a medical lawsuit. Did they not see this prior? Now statues of limitations will not allow for me to seek another attorney who may feel like my case meets their criteria. I don't think this is fair at all. I lost a lot of property, I still have issues that I'm dealing with mentally behind the case I filed. Paul Hammack, you could have decided long ago that my case wasn't worth your time and given me the chance to seek another attorney. You may not think my case was worth it but I do. That apartment complex knew what they did and now they are going to get away with it! Now I am at loss, but what do you care?
