Josh Valentine was recommended to us by one of his peers who lives in another county. Attorney Valentine shares information on the law firm website that tells why he became an attorney in family law matters. I was impressed when I read this. When I made the appointment and met with him I came from the meeting knowing that Josh Valentine is a Christian, an intelligent man, a man of integrity, and an empathetic man. He handled the legal matter for us in a professional manner. It was necessary to be in touch with an agency out of state and Attorney Valentine assisted in that.

I was very impressed with the legal services of Mr. Valentine. I hired him to handle charges that my ex husband falsely accused me of. He was able to get them dismissed entirely. The legal help I received was good and everything was what I was suggested it would be. The only complaint I have is that the communication I received wasn’t the best. I did find out after my court date that I would be getting a refund for some of the cost, which is always nice, but I wondered why I had even been charged the additional amount in the first place. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the services I received.

I contacted Mr. Valentine by email comparing prices between the Caulder & Valentine Law Firm with a few others. He emailed me back almost right away (and it was on the weekend). Other firms took a few business days to respond. He answered all of the questions I had and explained everything to me in detail. Mr. Valentine gave me some options and his suggestions. Everything was handled on time and in a fashionable manner. I also exchanged emails with Mr. Huddle (also part of the firm working with Mr. Valentine) and he was of great help too. My wife and I hired Josh Valentine for a custody case seeking sole custody of my 5 year old son. I can not praise this law firm and Josh Valentine enough. We were on a timeline due to the start of school and Josh made it happen. He got us into court with an order in place in less than 2 months! Communication with Josh was frequent and easy. I cannot say enough good things about Caulder and Valentine. We are from out of state and hired Mr. Caulder to help assist us in a custody case in North Carolina. From the very first phone call, we felt his compassion and that he truly wanted to help us. As most custody cases go, it was timely, but he was there every step of the way. If he was in court or with another client, he always made sure to get right back to us. We thought being in another state would make this process extremely difficult, but Mr. Caulder was so responsive and thorough. I'm from out of town I got a ticket on mothers day 2016 for speeding 84/65 . I had a court appearance I missed for this ticket which suspended my DL. I called the court house to find out this is not something you can deal with, without a lawyer. Its not always easy to travel without a DL. My Girlfriend found out about and unpaid traffic ticket in North Carolina that was over a year past due. Low and behold we found out she had a warrant for her arrest. We panicked and called the Cleveland County courthouse to discuss our options. Within 5 hours of us speaking with Mr. Caulder over the phone from Atlanta Georgia the warrant was taken care of and a new court date was reset...Fastword to yesterday made a trip to North Carolina and with a packed courtroom and name not even on the docket because I was a late addition to the calendar. Unfortunately i got a speeding ticket outside Shelby, NC. I googled law firms in Cleveland County and Caulder & Valentine caught my attention. Im glad i called because Mrs Lorraine was pleasant to speak with from the beginning. She got my information and the lawyer called me to tell me my options. He called me personally and responded to me even on the weekends and at night! I’ve never had an attorney that did that before. He let us know what to expect before and during the whole process. He really cares about his clients and is lead by his faith. To me that’s a miracle in itself to find a attorney that is not only honest, trustworthy and caring but he is lead by The Father. I would highly recommend this group to handle your legal issues. This group also doesn’t try to take every dime you have like most attorneys. They are beyond reasonable with their prices!!! It brings me to tears when I think about how blessed we were to have him represent us!!!!
