Monstrously rude, unresponsive, and their payment practices are really outdated and inconvenient. You'll have to come in to the office physically to pay and sign a waiver—you might as well go to court yourself. The assistant I spoke to was curt and unhelpful.

Go to Farmer & Morris Law instead. They are kind, communicative, and convenient.

Always willing to help. Gerald Willis is a good old Matlock style lawyer that can get the job done. His assistant Stacey is awesome and Martin Gerard is excellent with estate proceedings.A really good all around can do everything law firm.

I called to see if one of the lawyers would be able to help with my grandmother. I explained the situation to the lady on a Wednesday and she ensured me that someone would call me back by the end of the day. I never heard anything back, so I called back the following week on Wednesday. The lady had no idea who I had spoken with or any of my information. I had to give the whole story and my information once again. She once again told me she would find out and call me back. This time she called back within 10 minutes just to let me know that they could not take the case due to being a conflict of interest. Now with that being said I am my grandmothers power of attorney. She is currently in the hospital and is unable to make these phone calls. I feel like this attorneys office is not professional once so ever!! If they were they would have called me back last week so that I could have been looking for another attorney. I would not use them in the future for ANYTHING!!!!!
