After I was involved in an accident where I was rear-ended as a passenger in a rideshare, I knew I had to find a law firm to represent my case. From the beginning Hunter was the only one who had told me how the process works (my first time using an attorney), and that was huge for me. Throughout the whole process of my case I was kept updated with the help of the attorney and the wonderful support staff. I really had NO stress when it came to this and the overall process was easy. I'm not sure why this place has a perfect 5 star rating. I was looking for a lawyer to take my case, and I noticed that this place had nothing but positive reviews. Naturally, I reached out to them since they seemed like the best lawyers according to Google. A month ago, I reached out to them and they answered me back pretty quickly. However, I decided that I didn't need a lawyer. Fast forward to this week, and I felt like I should probably get one. This time around, they did not email, text, or call me back after I tried reaching out to them. I was completely ignored.

When I'm hunting around for a lawyer, I want someone who is always on top of their game and provide good service. How incompetent they've been with me is extremely off putting.
Who wants to hire a lawyer like that?

Update: One of the guys that work here reached out to me to apologize and said it was a misunderstanding. I do appreciate that they care about their business enough to do that, so I added an extra star. However, I still would not recommend this place and will continue to avoid them. First let me say that getting a settlement is such a long process. It took about a little over 3 months from the date the paperwork was submitted. Although it took so long, I was happy that the office was able to give me a small discount so that I receive more. Arlene was kind enough to offer the discount and asked the chiropractor to lessen their bill as well. Thank you.
