I am not sure why these guys are advertising to help with auto accident claims. When I contacted them it was recommended that I just work my claim through my own insurance company. They didn't offer to help me at all.

I was involved in a rear end collision (not my fault) that resulted in injuries to myself and substantial damage to my vehicle. Upon the initial report to my insurance and the filing of the police report, I received communication shortly thereafter from the at fault insurance company wanting to settle and settle quickly.

I soon realized that I was in over my head trying to negotiate with them and at the recommendation of my physician, I reached out to Auger and Auger and explained my situation. The one thing that struck me immediately was their willingness and ability to listen to my situation. In return they laid out a plan of action and explained the representation process clearly and concisely to me. This was a relief and I accepted their offer of help and resolve the matter.

As a result, the firm was able to negotiate, quite well, a satisfactory settlement for me. A life lesson to remember here is that insurance companies negotiate settlements with people every work day of the year. This was my first time for which I was under prepared for.

Several months ago I was involved in a rear-end collision. I didn't want to take time out from work to hassle with car repair, insurance and medical bills. I got a recommendation to call Auger & Auger to get help. They explained what I needed to do and what treatment I was entitled to. I was able to get my car fixed at the shop I wanted and get extra rental car time when it took longer than expected. They worked with me to make sure I had the proper medical treatment from my chiropractor. Every week they would call to follow up on my treatment to see how things were progressing.
