Yes, I had Services through Legal Aid of North Carolina and won! If I need legal help again, I will return.

I give them one star only ,because there are no 0s or- 1 star . I sought assistance in a land Lord tenant matter, after 2 weeks a paralegal called advising me they were a post convictions law firm the paralegal sent my case back to leagal aid ,legal aid said i would hear from a new firm in a week
It's now been 3 weeks not one call .Government funds at the maximum waste.
- 5 star's, and i don't trust they could litigate a traffic ticket

Reception showed no empathy and was very rude. Facial expressions and body language were dismissive.

Went here for help with a housing issue, I received the help of Chad crockford(CROCK is right)! He promised to help with an issue and he bailed on me and my family, he fought hard for the landlord even though he was representing the tenants.

I have called him several times and have yet to receive a response since before Christmas, if you can please PLEASE go somewhere else.
