My experience with William H. Harding Law Firm was great. Justice was the paralegal that worked with my case and Layla was the attorney. The initial visit was oh I see what happened. Well this doesn’t look good. If you can get this one thing changed then I can help you. You look like good people so I’m going to help you out. Well after approximately a week of not hearing from them, I was advised by someone from his office that unfortunately they could not help me with my current situation. If you have a case that needs to really be worked and not something open and shut, select a different attorney. I did speak with another attorney who was more than happy to put in the required work to get my case resolved. If litigation is involved, see assistance elsewhere.

Recommended by different attorneys to come to this law firm. The person that answered the phone Brenda, from the very beginning was very unprofessional. Then once that I was told that there was conflict in information which we already was notified of that and had to get the report changed several times. I was given an incorrect number to follow up with the state board did not understand why I was given that number to contact them. The number that was provided by Brenda stated that that telephone number was only if I was suing in attorney which I am not. I noticed that she was not paying any attention to anything that I have stated she was very quickly to write me off. Also when I called back to let them know not to give that number out to other people about car accidents I was rudely speaking with another gentleman who quickly wrote me off due to the fact that I just spoke to Brenda. And like I told both of them their customer service is not what is been advertised on a television. I just nicely tell them to have a nice holiday and hopefully they can work on their customer service skills a lot better coming into the new year.

My experience with the Law Office has been the nothing but absolutely AMAZING. The staff was very nice & took on my case with good care. At first I thought I had found the firm to represent me in my lawsuit. Eventually I found out over time it was extremely difficulty in reaching them after the case was accepted. I did receive a few return phone calls after contacting the office to further discuss my case. However since, they claimed to have returned my calls trying to make contact there is but no caller ID notice or messages left if they did in fact try to contact me.

The wrong case work was sent to the wrong doctor, and another doctor never received their notice of representation or case work; That is because it was sent to the wrong doctor. I had to contact the doctor and that is when we notice the mistake.

Additionally after I requested the documents brought in, I was not returned all of the materials included when I first visited the law office of Harding. I was told I they never received them.

I would not recommend W.H. Harding law office. If you do end up with them representing you, I hope they fight harder for you than they did me. Good luck in your endeavors.

New client of the firm and I am highly dissatisfied with the the type of service I have received or should I say not received from Attorney Harding's staff they are rude and unprofessional.I was hung up on by Jessalyn Santiago (who claims to be an attorney) and over talked and interrupted multiple times by his receptionist Brianna when attempting to get updates on my case . My initial intake was conducted in April and there has been no communication of any kind 6 months later. I have never personally met or talked to Mr. Harding but as of today I will be moving my business elsewhere.

My initial experience with this firm was hopeful. I met with Jessalyn, an attorney with this office who took the time to look through my documents and listen. This was in June.

Following up, I needed video footage from the parking garage and/ or my police report amended properly. Mr. Harding did provide this advice although I knew that originally- I just wanted help with what I knew would be the long drawn out process with out an attorney. It still was and is one.

After a pattern of unanswered phone calls ( after being told I’d be called back by the end of the business day) and emails I decided to notify them I would no longer be seeking their help. I do realize that they must have accepted a case that was not worth their time. Just tell me that. Don’t ignore me for weeks.

I am marked at no fault on my amended police report. I have called to get a letter emailed/ faxed to me or the insurance company stating I am no longer being presented so the insurance company will speak to me. I was told by the paralegal that even though this document is already created and mailed to me I have to wait till next week to get it.

Hopefully you’ll have better luck with them than I did.
