David Schweppe did an amazing job handling my citation. He got me reduced from what could have been devistating from an insurance perspective to one that had no effect on my insurance. I got a speeding ticket and hired David to represent me. I was told he would be able to prevent any points from going on my driving record, he did the bare minimum and my insurance still increased as a result. When I reached out about this, I was only given excuses, and none of my emails or phone calls were returned. Not worth the money or time. Would not do business with again. Stay away at all cost.

Do not hire this guy. He is a local a public defender that works for the prosecuter. David is your best friend until you pay him. And pressure you to write a good review. This guy has a law degree that's about it. Won't answer calls. Makes excuses and ultimately lays down with the prosecuter..... Save your money and go with someone else

The Schweppe law firm was amazing for our house closing. It was simple and smooth and every person was so kind. We were blown away at hle easy the process was there. It took us maybe twenty minutes to sign all the closing documents. It was so simple. After we had stressed for the past month it was such a relief to go in and be done! Hire anyone else but this guy! He will make you feel like he’s got your back and will do anything to make sure you come out ok...until they get your money! After I paid in full he still was continuing my case to “get the best possible outcome” when in reality he wasn’t doing anything!! Did the absolute bare minimum and for the amount of money I paid I’m completely distraught.

It took one phone call, and two emails to have David Schweppe at my back. In my case I didn't even have to show up to court for my reckless driving citation. He got it reduced to unsafe movement (not a felony). Hopefully I will never have to go through it again, but of it happens, this is the only phone call I will have to make. Thank you for everything!
