I called and spoke with Jonathan because I was needing guidance after getting stuck in a contract with a realtor. He spoke with me (and honestly it was one of the best conversations I've had in a while) about his thoughts on it, things that would work in our favor or against us, even about our needs and what we're working toward.
It honestly felt like a chat with a friend.
In the end, the issue resolved itself, and due to how seriously awesome he was, we decided to use them for our upcoming real estate transaction.
I feel very good about that decision. He was honest, nice, and funny too.
