10 years ago my husband and I paid Pruitt to draw up a contract for land we bought from an individual to be paid for in 10 years. When we wanted to pay it off, we discovered that what was supposed to be a short term loan was written to the sellers advantage and we ended up paying almost $18,000 more than we agreed to in order to settle out. We will absolutely never do business with this attorney nor recommend him to any one that we value.
