Mary Rogers stuck by my side for over a year and a half. Through postponed court dates, a double jeopardy and a surgery on her part. She always kept me in the loop when things were in the dark. When my day in court came she was prompt, forward and assertive. She got my case dismissed. About 7 years ago I ended up in Mary's office on the receiving end of a domestic violence situation.
She basically volunteered to step in and hold my hand for months during the legal process and when it was time to face my abuser she stood right beside me in court, comforting me with her presence and support. She was integral in my journey to healing. She was my rock from the minute I walked in to her office until the day I finally saw justice handed down.
I offered to pay her for her time and services and she declined.
I promised myself if ever I needed an attorney for anything else, I would return to Mary.
When I received a speeding ticket in July for excessive speeding (27mph over the posted limit) I immediately paid her a visit.

Do NOT hire her. She brags about how long she has been a lawyer but she gives you incorrect information. She charged me 4 times what other lawyers are charging for the same thing. Never trust a lawyer. She then came back and tried to charge me more money. She admitted that she messed up. I was very disappointed. She made me feel real uncomfortable and tried to force me to give her more money. I will be reporting her to the State Bar.

I must say she was such a great attorney to work with and I had 2 tickets and the officer only wanted to get me off on one of the tickets, but she fought hard for me with the judge and got both tickets dismissed. I highly recommend her if your looking for an attorney for your traffic tickets.

She's a plea out lawyer who doesn't fight for her clients! Even if you're truly innocent she will still cop a plea which could still land you in jail.
